Analyze, design, and develop innovative software solutions for customers of various sizes
Shape and architect new solutions to maximize the value of Microsoft Power Platform investments
Utilize Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools to provide insights for business decisions
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and sell engagements using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools
Provide technical leadership to ensure vision, requirements, and design are implemented effectively
Work with partners to deliver top-notch solutions and stay updated on emerging technology trends
Support team members and help associates and customers achieve their professional goals
Participate in firm culture activities to connect with colleagues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject like computer science, engineering, or mathematics
6-10 years of experience in developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies
Completed 10+ projects involving discovery, requirements capture, and configuring Microsoft solutions
Experience providing technical oversight and leadership in delivering Microsoft solutions
Proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and Power Automate
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking and openness to out-of-the-box solutions
Familiarity with other technology stacks and platforms
Experience in software sales, preferably in a consulting environment
Exposure to business processes in various departments (e.g., HR, Finance)
Optional: Experience in SQL, Java, Python, CSS, NodeJS, or R programming languages
Optional: Microsoft PL-200 Functional Consultant Certification or relevant experience
