We are looking for a talented Power Platform Tech Lead to join our team.
This position is to work remotely from anywhere in LATAM.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and expertise in Power Platform technologies.
A passion for delivering scalable technical solutions is essential.
Main activities include leading and assisting in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions.
The Tech Lead will guide a development team in breaking down high-level solutions into actionable technical tasks.
Responsibilities also include reviewing code and providing mentorship to engineers on architecture, functionality, and maintainability.
Collaboration with Product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals is required.
The role promotes simplicity and adherence to standards while avoiding over-engineering.
The Tech Lead will take ownership of technical discovery, design, and communication of complex solutions.
Defining detailed execution plans for junior engineers and ensuring project delivery meets timelines and quality expectations is also part of the job.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse is required.
Strong front-end development skills with React are necessary.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and services is essential.
Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies, such as jQuery, is required.
Knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design end-to-end technical solutions are essential.
Advanced English communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings, are required.
Experience implementing best practices for version control, code reviews, secure development, and DevOps processes is necessary.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability principles is required.
A solid understanding of Agile development methodologies is essential.
Desirable qualifications include certification in Power Platform or related technologies, knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs, and experience with lean development practices.
