Description:

  • We are looking for a talented Power Platform Tech Lead to join our team.
  • This position is to work remotely from anywhere in LATAM.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and expertise in Power Platform technologies.
  • A passion for delivering scalable technical solutions is essential.
  • Main activities include leading and assisting in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions.
  • The Tech Lead will guide a development team in breaking down high-level solutions into actionable technical tasks.
  • Responsibilities also include reviewing code and providing mentorship to engineers on architecture, functionality, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration with Product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals is required.
  • The role promotes simplicity and adherence to standards while avoiding over-engineering.
  • The Tech Lead will take ownership of technical discovery, design, and communication of complex solutions.
  • Defining detailed execution plans for junior engineers and ensuring project delivery meets timelines and quality expectations is also part of the job.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse is required.
  • Strong front-end development skills with React are necessary.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and services is essential.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies, such as jQuery, is required.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design end-to-end technical solutions are essential.
  • Advanced English communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings, are required.
  • Experience implementing best practices for version control, code reviews, secure development, and DevOps processes is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability principles is required.
  • A solid understanding of Agile development methodologies is essential.
  • Desirable qualifications include certification in Power Platform or related technologies, knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs, and experience with lean development practices.
