Jobgether is seeking a Principal AI Engineer - Servicing Solutions for a remote position in the United States.
The role involves defining the technical vision for integrating AI-driven solutions into a loan and lease servicing platform.
Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, product, and engineering teams to build scalable, AI-powered automation and decision-making systems.
The engineer will lead the architecture and development of AI-driven tools integrated with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
The position requires building and implementing advanced knowledge management systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
Collaboration with engineering, data, and product teams is essential to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
The engineer will mentor engineering teams on best practices in AI/ML and ensure AI solutions meet regulatory standards.
The role includes evaluating and integrating third-party AI models, APIs, and agentic frameworks to optimize AI capabilities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong expertise in building and improving distributed systems and full-stack applications is required, with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and AI-driven backend systems.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and platforms such as OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel is necessary.
Experience in AI model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and MLOps practices using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face is essential.
A strong understanding of machine learning principles, prompt engineering, and AI inference optimization is required.
Knowledge of financial services applications, including risk assessment and AI-driven process automation, is preferred.
Leadership skills are necessary to drive AI strategy at scale and mentor a technical team.
