Articul8 AI is seeking a Principal AI Researcher to shape the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
The role involves implementing and leading the design, development, and scaling of novel algorithms and models for diverse modalities such as text, images, audio, video, and time series data.
Responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert for key GenAI technologies, leading hands-on core GenAI research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in high-level technical decision-making, staying updated on GenAI trends, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

A PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with a proven track record in applied research and 3+ years specifically in developing GenAI technologies.
A strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on the cloud, is essential.
Proven publication record in top-tier conferences and journals is necessary.
Core technical skills required include probability theory, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, audio/speech processing, data wrangling, and model evaluation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems like Git is crucial.
