Articul8 AI is seeking a Principal AI Researcher to shape the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
The role involves designing, developing, and scaling novel algorithms and models for diverse modalities such as text, images, audio, video, and time series data.
Responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert for key GenAI technologies, leading hands-on core GenAI research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product technology leadership.
The researcher will participate in high-level technical decision-making, contribute to technology assessment and roadmap planning, and stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI.
Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of rapid innovation is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

A PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with a proven track record in applied research and 3+ years specifically in developing GenAI technologies.
A strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on the cloud, is essential.
Proven publication record in top-tier conferences and journals is required.
Core technical skills must include probability theory, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, audio/speech processing, and data preparation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems like Git are crucial.
