Articul8 AI is seeking a Principal AI Researcher to shape the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
The role involves implementing and leading the design, development, and scaling of novel algorithms and models for diverse modalities such as text, images, audio, video, and time series data.
Responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert and lead developer for key GenAI technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in high-level technical decision-making, and mentoring junior team members.
The researcher will stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI and disseminate research results at top-tier conferences and journals.

Requirements:

A PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with a track record of applied research and 3+ years of experience in developing GenAI technologies.
A strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on the cloud, is necessary.
Proven publications in top-tier conferences and journals are required.
Core technical skills must include probability theory and statistics, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, audio/speech processing, and model evaluation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems like Git are crucial.
