Remote Principal Architect - Java Full Stack

Description:

• Core BTS is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Architect - Java Full Stack to lead and shape the technical direction of their Modern Apps Enterprise Consultancy.
• This role blends high-level technology strategy with hands-on technical execution and mentorship.
• Responsibilities include defining the overall technical vision, establishing architectural principles, leading strategic initiatives, and mentoring other architects and engineers.
• The Principal Architect will drive technical excellence and innovation within the team and with clients, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
• The position involves active participation in the design and development of critical projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and conducting code reviews.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 15+ years of strong programming skills in a modern language like Java, J2EE, Springboot, Microservices, and experience with modern web frameworks.
• The ability to build and architect end-to-end full stack Java applications using React, Angular, or jQuery is required.
• Extensive experience in software architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems is necessary.
• A deep understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices for building scalable, resilient, and secure applications is essential.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, preferably Azure, including experience with services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders are necessary.
