Description:
Ringba is a remote-first firm leading the Pay Per Call industry with an advanced call tracking and analytics platform.
They are seeking a Principal Backend Developer with AdTech expertise to drive transformative change in the industry.

Responsibilities include solving engineering problems in AdTech and PPC domains, advocating for customers, implementing scalable architecture, and overseeing project development.
The position requires proven AdTech experience, success in a remote home office environment, startup experience, expertise in relevant technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and at least 10 years of .NET development experience.
Bonus skills include experience with real-time bidding systems, VOIP and telecom APIs, and Elasticsearch.
Requirements:
Proven AdTech experience with a solid grasp of the industry and its technologies.
Demonstrated success in a remote home office environment.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced setting.
Expertise in relevant technologies and frameworks with a depth of technical knowledge.
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Effective leadership skills to enhance team technologies and infrastructure.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with .NET development.
Experience in building and managing data pipelines, including familiarity with tools like Kinesis.
Proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript and familiarity with major AWS services.
Expertise in implementing full-coverage unit testing using tools such as Cypress and Ghost Inspector.
Experience with NoSQL databases like AeroSpike or Redis.
