Description:

  • The role of Principal Business Process Consultant involves designing and implementing innovative business solutions tailored to clients' needs in the Insurance industry.
  • Responsibilities include engaging with senior business leaders, designing end-to-end solutions, leading workshops for requirements gathering, analyzing processes for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting change management, and providing thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities.
  • The position is remote and allows for flexibility in work arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Architect, Solution Architect, or Consultant in Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud, with a strong understanding of service management and customer service processes.
  • Knowledge and track record of delivering transformative solutions in the Insurance space, including understanding industry trends, pain points, and processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially in Customer Service Management (CSM) or IT Service Management (ITSM), with a willingness to learn and become certified if not already.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset to drive complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of integration, data models, and process automation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to deliver solutions that provide a best-in-class user experience, focusing on ease of use and logical process flows.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes, creating workflow diagrams, and documenting requirements clearly.
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Service Cloud Consultant) are required, while ServiceNow certifications (like CSA or CIS-CSM) are highly preferred.
