Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud DNS, and Cloud Networking.
Proficiency in tools like Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure is required.
Mastery of GCP networking, including VPC, load balancing, firewalls, and routing is necessary.
Experience in managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and other container platforms is essential.
Familiarity with serverless computing offerings like CloudFunctions and CloudRun is preferred.
DevOps mindset, CI/CD pipelines experience, and understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies are important.
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability concepts, as well as strong problem-solving skills, is required.
Strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor junior engineers, and excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams are necessary.
