We are looking for a seasoned Principal Data Architect to lead the Data Platforms Team and spearhead innovation across data engineering, analytics, and governance.
This role involves designing and scaling robust data infrastructure in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in software/data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is required.
Strong expertise in backend development using Java, GoLang, PHP, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala for data transformation and analytics is required.
Deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and their data ecosystems is essential.
A strong understanding of HLD/LLD, system design patterns, and frameworks like Spring Boot or Google Guice is needed.
Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is required.
Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is necessary.
A solid understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, SOC2), and security principles is essential.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, and TiDB is required.
Exposure to DevOps and automation tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, ELK, and Grafana is necessary.
The ability to align technical initiatives with business strategy and goals is required.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential.

The salary range for this position is Rs 7000000 - Rs 9900000 (INR 70-99 LPA).
This is a full-time remote position based in India.
