Description:

Machinify is seeking a Principal Data Scientist | ML to provide technical leadership and hands-on contributions to the data science team.
The role involves guiding a team of Senior and Staff Data Scientists to enable them to perform at their best.
Responsibilities include executing hands-on support for the "Pay" product and developing code to automate payment policies.
The Principal Data Scientist will measure the impact of policy changes on healthcare payments and use data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with the leadership team to define key technical and business metrics and objectives is also required.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have deep, highly technical data science experience.
Several years of experience in a leadership role is necessary.
Startup experience is considered a significant advantage.
A proven track record of managing data teams and delivering complex, high-impact products from concept to deployment is essential.
Candidates should have intimate knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security.
