Description:
Limitless is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to join their team and work on various projects, including organizing, visualizing, and crafting experiences with upcoming hardware devices like the pendant.
The role involves collaborating with the head of marketing to enhance the marketing website, design new web experiences, and iterate on brand aesthetics.
Responsibilities include refining product design for web and desktop apps, from onboarding to AI search flows.
The position requires a high level of agency, autonomy, and ownership, with the opportunity to define important tasks.
The Principal Design Engineer will be involved in product design, brand development, and front-end development, reporting to the co-founder.
The role entails designing and implementing end-to-end solutions by understanding customer needs and technical constraints with AI.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a software engineer and/or product designer, with recent experience in products using LLMs being a plus.
Must have a portfolio showcasing excellent visual, UI, and interaction design for products, including websites, developed in a fast-paced environment.
Significant experience with front-end engineering using Next, React, and Tailwind, as well as product design tools like Figma.
Proficiency in animation frameworks, motion design, and shipping performant mobile responsive web products.
Nice to have: Experience with advanced frontend frameworks and technologies like ThreeJS/R3F, WebGL, and shaders.
