Remote Principal Developer / Tech Lead

Description:

• Lead initiatives to establish standards and processes, promoting best practices and principles throughout the organization.
• Utilize engineering expertise to create, test, and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure and pipelines in code format.
• Work closely with diverse teams to strategize, analyze, design, test, and deploy secure, scalable, on-demand solutions.
• Assist in developing, releasing, and configuring production systems.
• Enhance development and release procedures through automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis of errors and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system stability.

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience as a Software Engineer/Developer, contributing to large and complex projects.
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical obstacles.
• Advanced/fluent proficiency in English to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., CircleCI), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
• Experience in building automated infrastructures and working with cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry best practices.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while excelling in a collaborative team setting.
