• As a technical and strategic leader, you will lead the design, creation, and evolution of tools, infrastructure, practices, and capabilities to support the efficient deployment of LegalMatch products at scale.
• Your focus will be on automating workflows, optimizing cloud infrastructure, enhancing security, and mentoring the DevOps team to ensure continuous improvement.
• You will solve challenges and drive innovation to ensure LegalMatch’s systems are scalable, reliable, and always available.
• Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.
• You will automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Leading DevOps strategy by collaborating with teams to identify and address challenges in workflows and processes is essential.
• You will drive system security by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Mentoring and guiding DevOps engineers to foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement is a key responsibility.
