Requirements:

8+ years of extensive experience managing and delivering complex IT projects successfully.
Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools.
Experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
