Description:
The Principal Engineer -- Digital Strategy Consultant position requires extensive experience in digital technology and consumer experience, with a focus on digital strategy consulting, business processes modeling & optimization, and digital commerce platforms.
The role involves working on digital solutions for consumer experience, including eCommerce, content, marketing, UX, and CRM.
The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of the domains they have worked in and the ability to deep dive into new modules.
Experience with diverse clients in various industries is essential, along with expertise in management consulting, technology consulting, process digitization, digital sales enablement, business transformation, sales and distribution transformation, and customer experience.
In-depth knowledge of market requirements, regulations, and client types in relevant markets is required.
The position involves understanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technical development projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions are crucial.
The candidate should be able to multitask across multiple projects or accounts in a globally distributed delivery setup.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to influence business stakeholders at the C-suite level on product and strategy decisions.
The role requires providing thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients, with an MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
Requirements:
