Description:
The Principal Engineer - Full Stack will be a key member of the leadership team of the Engagement Camp at Culture Amp.
The role involves working on the flagship Engagement product to help companies understand their employees and drive meaningful change in workplace culture.
The position requires driving technical excellence in line with the company's Tech Vision and supporting the product and technical strategy for the camp.
Responsibilities include mentoring team leads, tech leads, and engineers to ensure sustainable technical excellence.
The role involves facilitating communication within and across camps, prioritizing activities, and ensuring consistent knowledge-sharing.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in engineering complex systems, strong front-end architecture skills, and proficiency in technologies like Typescript and React.
Desired qualities include the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, effective communication, coaching skills, and a proactive approach to getting things done.
Requirements:
