Description:

  • The Principal Engineer - Full Stack will be a key member of the leadership team of the Engagement Camp at Culture Amp.
  • The role involves working on the flagship Engagement product to help companies understand their employees and drive meaningful change in workplace culture.
  • The position requires driving technical excellence in line with the company's Tech Vision and supporting the product and technical strategy for the camp.
  • Responsibilities include mentoring team leads, tech leads, and engineers to ensure sustainable technical excellence.
  • The role involves facilitating communication within and across camps, prioritizing activities, and ensuring consistent knowledge-sharing.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience in engineering complex systems, strong front-end architecture skills, and proficiency in technologies like Typescript and React.
  • Desired qualities include the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, effective communication, coaching skills, and a proactive approach to getting things done.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working on complex systems and delivering high-quality systems.
  • Strong front-end architecture experience and hands-on skills in Typescript and React.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, change, and ambiguity.
  • Clear communication skills to share plans and decisions effectively.
  • Natural coaching and teaching abilities to support team members.
  • Proactive and driven approach to managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
