Description:
- The Principal Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance architecture for innovative solutions.
- They will collaborate with senior leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Utilizing Generative AI, the engineer will develop rapid prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
- Full stack development using Python, Node.js, Java, Django, FastAPI, NestJs, Spring Boot for backend, and React, Tailwind, StoryBook, MobX, and Axios for UI.
- Transition prototypes to production, scale to the first customers, and refine configurations for broader adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to enhance product offerings.
- Create comprehensive documentation and technical specifications.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Use Docker, AWS, and Azure for deploying solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 16+ years of experience in enterprise systems development.
- Proven track record of taking projects from concept to launch.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, and modern programming languages.
- Experience with AI/ML mechanisms and event-driven architectures.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
