LTK is seeking a Principal Engineer, Web to empower premium lifestyle creators and drive innovation in the industry.
The role is remote and involves building industry-leading web and mobile experiences for millions of customers and creators.
The Principal Engineer will have a significant impact on LTK’s web presence, including the LTK Consumer Web, LTK Creator Web, LTK Brand Portal, Agency Portal, and Marketing site.
The Consumer Web is used by millions monthly, while the Creator Web serves tens of thousands of content creators.
The products have received multiple industry awards for innovation in influencer marketing and drive revenue for retailers while providing earnings for content creators.
Responsibilities include setting the technical direction and strategy for web platforms, ensuring technology meets business requirements, and developing partnerships with product teams.
The role involves championing large-scale initiatives, mentoring engineers, and being the technical point of contact for cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in software development focused on web development.
Experience in architecting and designing highly available and fault-tolerant transaction processing systems is required.
Strong leadership experience is necessary, including leading meetings and serving as a technical go-to person.
A proactive mindset with a focus on prioritization and operational excellence is essential.
Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-moving environment and possess a growth mindset.
A deep understanding of the web and network stack, with experience in optimizing applications, is required.
Experience in monitoring and improving end-to-end customer and web experiences is necessary.
Candidates must have experience integrating third-party APIs and developing/deploying AWS tools and systems.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
A BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience is necessary.
