Remote Principal Engineer/Tech Lead

Description:

• GROW Inc is seeking a Principal Engineer/Tech Lead to build a culture of continuous improvement of Engineering practices.
• Responsibilities include maintaining a playbook of architectural patterns, implementing user interfaces using modern web technologies, coaching teams to enhance engineering practices, and developing proof of concepts for new technologies.
• The role involves collaborating with Engineering leadership to develop the company's Product & Technology Roadmap, completing strategic technology projects, and addressing tech debt.
• The Principal Engineer/Tech Lead will also support solution design in the sales process and participate in the hiring process for the engineering team at GROW.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in full-stack software development with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, Java, and Kotlin.
• Ability to build communities of engineers, collaborate with product teams, and contribute to platform documentation.
• Strong leadership skills to participate in the hiring process and enhance the engineering interview process.
• Experience in developing proof of concepts and working on strategic technology projects.
• Familiarity with technology practices, architectural patterns, and continuous improvement methodologies.
