Description:
The Principal Full-Stack Engineer will lead the development of web applications, focusing on frontend technologies to ensure robustness, scalability, and user-friendliness.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications with a strong emphasis on user experience and responsive design.
The role involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, collaborating with backend developers, contributing to architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, technical expert, and collaborative leader who stays updated on the latest web development trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Must have 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development with a focus on frontend technologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
Experience with NodeJS or Java backend development, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, web services, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), Git, and building modern cloud services using microservices.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
