• The studio operates remotely, with most team members located across the United States, promoting a diverse team to enhance creativity and game development.
• The Design team collaborates with various departments to create engaging player experiences and drives the design of both live in-game experiences and upcoming features.
• As a Principal Game Designer, Content Design, you will be responsible for designing new cards and locations, balancing existing cards, managing gameplay rules, and mentoring other designers.
• You will work closely with project leadership and cross-discipline teams to ensure the game's success.

Requirements:

• You must have experience working on card games and live service games.
• You should have a proven track record of owning game design verticals on shipped titles.
• A deep understanding of player types, behaviors, and motivations is essential.
• Experience in managing player sentiment through live operations is required.
• You should have experience leading designers and design teams.
• Nice to have but not necessary: experience working on mobile games, programming experience, and familiarity with Unity.
