Voodoo is launching a new studio with the ambitious mission of releasing the next $1B Match 3 game, aiming to elevate quality and innovation in casual gaming.
As the Principal Game Designer, you will report directly to the Studio GM and lead the creative development of an innovative Match3 project.
Responsibilities include defining the creative vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing design workflows, developing and executing the studio testing strategy, driving player-centric design, and coordinating with the Growth team.

You must have over 5 years of experience as a game designer with a proven record across both new and live game projects.
A passion for gaming and a deep engagement with various entertainment and gaming experiences is essential.
You should be a creative problem solver who thinks innovatively and embraces uncertainty while finding effective solutions.
A hands-on doer mentality is required, with a proactive approach to tasks.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude are necessary, along with a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
