Description:
The Ticketing Co. is seeking a motivated Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect their digital backbone and maintain resilient systems for their ticketing platform.
The role involves overseeing the entire company infrastructure, including database management, and ensuring optimization, performance, and data integrity across all systems.
Responsibilities include maintaining website uptime, implementing robust security measures, and continuously improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, expertise in Google Cloud Platform, proficiency in PostgreSQL, fluency in Node.js, and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi.
Bonus skills include knowledge of React and React Native.
Requirements:
Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills are required.
5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
Expertise in server infrastructure, ideally with experience in Google Cloud Platform, but experience with other cloud platforms like AWS is acceptable.
Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, with the ability to optimize and understand intricate details.
Fluency in Node.js, particularly in TypeScript.
Strong focus on building for maintainability, scalability, and readability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Pulumi.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of React and React Native.
