Description:
The Ticketing Co. is seeking a motivated Lead Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain resilient systems for their feature-rich ticketing platform.
The role involves overseeing the entire company infrastructure, including database management, and ensuring optimization, performance, and data integrity across all systems.
Responsibilities include maintaining website uptime, implementing security measures, and continuously improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, proficiency in PostgreSQL and Node.js, and expertise in server infrastructure, preferably in Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi and knowledge of React and React Native are considered as bonus skills.
Requirements:
Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills are required.
5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
Expertise in server infrastructure, preferably with experience in Google Cloud Platform.
Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL for optimizing and understanding the underlying layers.
Fluency in Node.js, particularly in TypeScript.
Strong focus on building for maintainability, scalability, and readability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Pulumi.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of React and React Native.
