Description:
The Ticketing Co. is seeking a motivated Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect their digital backbone and maintain resilient systems for their ticketing platform.
The role involves overseeing the entire company infrastructure, including database management, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity.
Responsibilities include maintaining website uptime, implementing security measures, and improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency through proactive monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, proficiency in PostgreSQL and Node.js, and expertise in cloud environments.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi is preferred, and knowledge of React and React Native is a plus.
Requirements:
Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills are required.
5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
Expertise in server infrastructure, preferably with experience in Google Cloud Platform, and a deep understanding of security best practices.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, with the ability to optimize and understand the underlying layers.
Fluency in Node.js (in TypeScript) and a strong focus on building for maintainability, scalability, and readability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Pulumi.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of React and React Native.
