The role involves partnering with business units to define next-generation chatbot paradigms, designing and scaling machine learning algorithms, providing architectural guidance, and setting the technical direction for the team.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership in Conversational AI products.
Domain expertise is required in areas such as Conversational AI, NLP, Knowledge Base, Dialog Management, ASR, and LLM.
Experience in publishing or presenting at top conferences (NIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, ACL, EMNLP, KDD) is preferred.
Strong experience in designing and optimizing AI-based solutions for products is essential.
