Description:

Jerry is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer who will work with a high-caliber team to make a significant impact on the lives of millions.
The role involves architecting and deploying advanced machine learning models with real-world applications, such as predicting user behavior and optimizing chatbots and voicebots.
The engineer will report directly to the cofounder/CTO and play a key role in helping the company grow from 5 million to 50 million customers and achieve a valuation of $10 billion in the next four years.
Responsibilities include developing advanced machine learning models to address critical business challenges, taking ownership of the modeling process from ideation to deployment, conducting data preparation and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to large-scale company initiatives.

Requirements:

A PhD in Physics or a related field is required.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in building and deploying models from scratch.
A deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques is essential, along with experience in model development and deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical modeling solutions.
A passion for the real-world application of machine learning and a desire to impact large-scale business initiatives are important.
