Description:

RecargaPay is seeking a Principal in Data to structure essential information for the growth of the Payments product.
The platform simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil by consolidating various payment methods like credit and debit cards, Pix, and Open Finance.
The Principal in Data will be responsible for analyzing data, supporting the Payments tribe in decision-making, and presenting forecasts and KPIs.
Services offered include bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, with a focus on convenience, low cost, and flexibility.

Requirements:

Strong mathematical and statistical skills are required.
The candidate must have maturity and solid experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of BI/Reporting tools are necessary.
Relevant experience in data analysis and generating reports on key metrics is essential.
Experience in payment or acquisition projects is a plus.
Knowledge in measuring approval rates and credit card processing errors by different issuing banks and processors is needed.
A hands-on profile is preferred.
Knowledge of English or Spanish is an advantage.
