The AI Clinical Experience Principal is a product leader responsible for delivering an award-winning clinical experience focused on eliminating provider burnout.
This role involves delivering a differentiated clinical experience that unlocks Tebra’s market opportunity and achieves exceptional net promoter scores.
The Principal will leverage artificial intelligence and industry insights to own and create the clinical documentation strategy.
The primary focus is to deliver the new clinical product experience while leading the Clinical Documentation & Chart squad.
The role empowers go-to-market teams with industry and product insights to design, build, and launch solutions that resonate with customers and differentiate Tebra from its competition.
The position will directly influence the future of Tebra’s clinical product and product strategy.
The role requires collaboration with Engineering & UX partners to advance the modern clinical product.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically focused on software applications.
A demonstrated success with clinical workflows and product strategy, along with an in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape, is required.
Proven track record as a senior product manager at a successful B2B SaaS/Cloud software business with agile product management experience is essential.
Experience executing complex product initiatives and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels is necessary.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling, are required.
Candidates should be flexible and creative thinkers capable of defining business trade-offs and generating out-of-the-box solutions.
Prior experience developing products in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Tebra offers a competitive salary range of $160,000—$170,000 USD.
