Description:

Zscaler is seeking an experienced Principal Professional Services Architect specializing in Data Loss Prevention to join their Professional Services team.
The role involves building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored Data Protection solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and executing solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products, such as DLP, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations.
The architect will advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development.
The position requires producing documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in network security, professional services, or DevOps.
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), CASB, and cloud security solutions is essential.
Proven ability with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows systems is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP, advanced expertise in network security architecture, and relevant industry experience at leading networking security companies.
