Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in an engineering or product role, building solutions that support major business functions.
• A deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles is required.
• Experience in engineering, product, and design functions is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing external vendors and exceptional communication skills are necessary.
• The ability to inspire colleagues and mentor Software Engineer IIs for their growth is important.
• Candidates should understand areas of technical debt in systems and infrastructure and be responsible for establishing quality standards.
• Experience in planning and change management activities involving technical infrastructure and process improvements is required.
• Proficiency in Python Data learning Design, Web Scraping, AWS S3, Blue Database Design, and Architecture Design is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Python or Ruby, R, AWS Database Design, JSON, HTML & CSS, Web Scrape Design, and Scrum process is necessary.
• Candidates must have a suitable work-from-home setup, including a desktop/laptop with specific system requirements and a strong internet connection.
