Description:
Praecipio is seeking a Sales Solution Principal Architect to support account management and sales activities.
The role involves providing product demonstrations to new and existing clients and managing sales enablement for technology partner programs.
The architect will report to the VP of Solutions and will focus on improving clients' businesses and outcomes.
Responsibilities include understanding Atlassian's software, co-owning account management processes, establishing relationships with technology partners, and staying updated on IT trends.
The position requires leading discovery calls, writing compelling statements of work, and acting as a strategic partner with existing clients.
The architect will contribute to go-to-market ideas and initiatives and must be willing to adapt to business needs.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Atlassian product consulting and/or configuration is required.
Candidates must possess the ability to understand IT and business process needs and formulate products for large complex transformation engagements.
A relentless focus on client success and strong business acumen are essential for this role.
Candidates should have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement client solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for delivering presentations and demos.
Deep specialization in Atlassian and adjacent tools, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
Proficiency in French is a plus.
Benefits:
The position offers a base salary of $120,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
The role is remote, allowing candidates to work from the US, Canada, or Mexico.
