Remote Principal Software Architect

Description:

• The Principal Software Architect at Tahzoo will lead the technology team and drive innovation in projects.
• Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of technology strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, client-facing skills, technical expertise, and a passion for technological advancement.
• Manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends, recommend innovative solutions, and perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) on various technologies.
• Establish standards and best practices across the technology team.
• Translate user and business needs into functional front-end designs.
• Work with back-end developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Test Automation Engineers to meet functional and testing requirements.
• Communicate project status and key milestones to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a software architect with a successful track record in delivering technology projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, DevOps methodologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of MVC, MVVM, N-Tier Architecture, Database Normalization, Authentication and Authorization, Federated Identity Management, and various development technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
