Remote Principal Software Engineer

Description:

• A2MAC1 is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their global technology team.
• The role involves working closely with product owners and solution architects to guide the technical direction of the A2MAC1 Platform development.
• Responsibilities include onboarding and mentoring new developers, overseeing development activities, and documenting technical tasks.
• The position requires supporting the broader technical architecture of the A2MAC1 Platform within Agile Scrum teams.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, software engineering processes, and technologies like C#, .Net, SQL, NoSQL, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD toolsets like Azure DevOps is preferred.
• The Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for decomposing Agile Stories, refining technical solutions, ensuring access to training and tools for developers, and supporting team members in various capacities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Principal Software Engineer with a background in front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in software engineering processes, techniques, and technologies like C#, .Net, SQL, NoSQL, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, and CSS.
• Understanding of Cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD toolsets like Azure DevOps.
• Ability to decompose Agile Stories, refine technical solutions, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and motivational skills.
• Creative thinking abilities, strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to respond to technical issues and find solutions to unknown problems.
