The role is for multiple Principal Software Engineers who are self-starters, love solving technical challenges, and have prior experience in various engineering projects.
Candidates should have extensive experience with Java, cloud development, and knowledge of front-end and infrastructure.
The focus will be on building industry-leading Enterprise Content Management applications and services on a multi-tenant, highly scalable cloud platform.
Responsibilities include playing with the latest technologies in the Cloud, leading, designing, implementing, and owning key product features, working in a small team environment, and collaborating with product stakeholders to drive features to successful delivery.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience developing commercial software.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java, including SpringBoot, is required.
AWS experience is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Experience working on teams using agile development techniques is essential.
Candidates should possess the drive and flexibility to work hard in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills are required.
A BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent is necessary.

The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $300,000, with actual salaries varying based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include variable bonuses and/or stock bonuses.
