The Principal Software Engineer will lead strategic projects and help build innovative, resilient, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include identifying and resolving structural problems in product code, studying new technologies, supporting other developers, developing product functionalities, improving development workflows, monitoring technical and business metrics, and following engineering principles to create simple, fast, secure, scalable, measurable, and resilient solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience in at least one programming language.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, clean architecture, and microservices is required.
Candidates should be open to using different technologies and have experience with cloud services.
Familiarity with APM tools (e.g., Newrelic, Instana), code instrumentation, and observability is necessary.
Experience with development workflows using git, code review, and testing, as well as CI/CD practices, is required.
Candidates must have experience in administering relational databases, particularly SQL Server, and non-relational databases.
Defensive development skills and knowledge of network protocols, especially HTTP, are essential.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Packer), Docker, runC, Kubernetes, and front-end development (preferably React Web) is a plus.
