Requirements:

Proven leadership in architecting high-performance, production-scale systems in cloud environments is essential.
Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms in a microservices architecture is necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and align cross-functional engineering teams are required.
A proactive problem-solver with an ownership mentality and a passion for driving technical innovation is sought.
Bonus qualifications include experience with GenAI, LLMs, vector databases, embedding-based search, or secure-by-default system design.
