• The engineer will work with the CISO to integrate security best practices and respond quickly to problems while documenting fixes.
• Creating and updating internal and external documentation, promoting open communication, and staying informed about crypto and blockchain trends are essential.
• The engineer may occasionally join client meetings to explain the solution's competitive advantages.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in fintech or crypto, including blockchain work, is required.
• Noteworthy educational backgrounds are necessary, excluding executive certifications from a year ago.
• Proficiency in Typescript and Rust (or similar languages) is essential.
• A proven track record with developer tools, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and APIs is required.

Benefits:

• The salary for this position ranges from €120,000 to €140,000 per year under a full-time work contract.
• Equity compensation includes 300-600 stock options (i.e., 0.1-0.2%) vested over 4 years.
