Description:

The Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for developing backend applications using knowledge of architecture, monitoring, and product.
This role includes developing and maintaining automated test suites and debugging production issues.
The engineer will create the best solutions on the market and mentor junior developers.
Collaboration with other developers, business stakeholders, and product owners is essential to ensure successful product delivery.
The position is fully remote and part of a fast-growing fintech company known as CloudWalk.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of professional hands-on experience.
Demonstrable experience in leading engineers is required.
Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills are necessary.
Experience in proactively collaborating across different engineering teams is essential.
Candidates should have experience working with service-oriented architectures and complicated systems at scale.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to figure out what needs to be done is important.
The ability to quickly understand technical and business requirements and translate them into technical design and implementation is required.
Advanced English communication skills are necessary for internal communication with a diverse, multinational team.
