Description:

  • Lead the architecture and development of front-end applications for Nabis, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to deliver user-facing products aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop robust, scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
  • Create globally shared, reusable UI components for the engineering team.
  • Optimize front-end code for performance and responsiveness.
  • Establish and enforce front-end development standards and best practices.
  • Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on front-end development trends and technologies.
  • Communicate vision, ideas, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience with 2 years as a Principal Software Engineer or in a similar senior role, focusing on front-end development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, Next.js, and tools like Vite.
  • Advanced skills in Figma preferred.
  • Experience in user-centered design processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to set development standards, build frameworks, and mentor teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
