As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will focus on building scalable software that evolves with new features and capabilities.
You will collaborate with Product Management and Development team members on technical design and problem-solving.
You will own all aspects of implementation for features from design to development, deployment to production, and support and maintenance.
The role requires breaking down complex problems into potential solutions quickly.
You will mentor and guide engineers at all levels and define best practices and coding standards.
Extensive experience in reviewing code for engineers of all levels is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 12+ years of software development experience.
Extensive experience in developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications is required.
A proven track record of building high-volume products at scale is necessary.
Hands-on development experience with current open-source tools and technologies such as Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, and Lucene is essential.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React is required.
Candidates should have the drive and flexibility to work hard in a dynamic startup environment.
Strong mentoring skills with a proven record of improving team performance are sought.
