Remote Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack

• As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will focus on building scalable software that evolves with new features and capabilities.
• You will collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on technical design and problem-solving.
• You will own all aspects of implementation for features from design to development, deployment to production, and support and maintenance.
• The role requires breaking down complex problems into potential solutions and mentoring engineers at all levels.
• You will define, evangelize, and mentor on best practices and coding standards, and review code from engineers of all levels.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 12+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications is required.
• A proven track record of building high volume products at scale is necessary.
• Hands-on development experience with current open source tools and technologies such as Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, and Lucene is essential.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React is required.
• Candidates should have the drive and flexibility to work hard in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong mentoring skills with a proven record of improving team performance are sought.
