The role is for multiple Principal Software Engineers who are self-starters, love solving technical challenges, and have prior experience in various engineering projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience developing commercial software in Java.
Deep expertise in object-oriented design and implementation is required.
Current, hands-on Java development experience with server-side web technologies such as Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Lucene, and Solr is necessary.
Experience working on teams using agile development techniques is essential.
Candidates should possess the drive and flexibility to work hard and have fun in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills are required.
A BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent is necessary.

The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $300,000, with actual salaries varying based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include variable bonuses and/or stock bonuses.
