This role is for a Principal Software Engineer focused on building cloud software that accelerates the innovation and delivery of critical treatments and medicines globally.
The position involves collaborating with Product Management and Development teams on technical design and problem-solving.
Responsibilities include owning all aspects of feature implementation, breaking down complex problems, mentoring engineers, and defining best practices and coding standards.
The role requires extensive experience in reviewing code for engineers of all levels.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 12+ years of software development experience.
Extensive experience in developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications is required.
A proven track record of building high-volume products at scale is necessary.
Hands-on development experience with current open-source tools and technologies such as Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, and Lucene is essential.
Candidates should possess the drive and flexibility to work hard in a fast-moving startup environment.
Strong mentoring skills with a proven record of improving team performance are required.
