The Principal Software Engineer will lead the development of an AI-Based Code Reviewer framework from proof of concept (PoC) through internal testing.
Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end development, prototyping quickly, hiring and leading a team, customizing the framework, collaborating with R&D teams, ensuring rapid delivery while maintaining quality, and effective communication with stakeholders.
The tech stack includes Python (FastAPI, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn), Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, various code analysis tools, Docker, Gitlab/Jenkins, and project management tools like Jira and Miro.

Requirements:

Extensive Software Development Experience: Proven expertise in code development and delivery is required.
AI/ML Proficiency: Experience with AI technologies, particularly in code analysis or automated code review tools, is necessary.
Project Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead projects or teams in a software development environment is essential.
Prototyping Skills: The ability to quickly develop prototypes to validate concepts is required.
Agile Mindset: Comfort with rapid task switching and adapting to changing requirements is necessary.
Product Vision: Understanding of product management and aligning technical efforts with business goals is important.
Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration are required.
Will be a plus: Familiarity with startup environments, experience tailoring software tools, prior work across multiple R&D teams, deep understanding of code review best practices, and background in developing and testing proof-of-concept projects.
