Description:
The Principal Solutions Architect at 6sense supports strategic and enterprise sales teams by partnering with customers to design and implement innovative software solutions.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead architecture design, platform delivery, and customer engagement execution.
Key responsibilities include assisting enterprise and strategic sales teams in pre-sales activities, leading pre-sales discovery and design sessions, and documenting business requirements.
The architect will craft and present innovative, cost-effective solutions based on industry best practices, leveraging marketing, sales, and service technologies.
They will serve as a technical resource and liaison between sales, delivery teams, and clients, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery.
The role involves designing systems, applications, and infrastructure to drive large software development projects and managing multiple strategic clients.
Building strong relationships and credibility with business leaders, peers, and clients is essential, acting as a trusted advisor.
The architect will gather and relay feedback from the field to the Product Management team and develop new tools, methods, and procedures for improving data quality and process workflow.
Mentorship of other pre-sales team members and sharing best practices is also a key responsibility.
The position requires developing revenue-focused reports with actionable insights and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies for data extraction and analysis.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, and Hubspot is required.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools including Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio, Netezza, and Teradata is necessary.
Experience with data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Looker, and PowerBI is expected.
Knowledge of web analytics tools like Adobe and Google Analytics is important.
Candidates should have experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, and mParticle.
Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is required.
Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi, and Informatica is necessary.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, JAVA, and Python is required.
Candidates must have experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for management and executives.
The ability to define outcomes, manage expectations, and meet deadlines based on project requirements is necessary.
