Description:
The Principal Solutions Architect - DXP will lead technical architecture and solution design for enterprise Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and digital ecosystem initiatives.
This role involves engaging directly with clients to translate their business challenges into scalable and practical solutions.
The architect will provide pre-sales support, shape proposals, and influence strategic decisions.
Close collaboration with development teams is essential to ensure architectural best practices and successful implementation.
The position requires acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.
The role balances technical excellence with real-world pragmatism, ensuring that solutions are innovative yet achievable.
Requirements:
Candidates must have extensive hands-on technical development experience, with a proven track record before transitioning into architecture.
A passion for problem-solving is essential, focusing on balancing technical constraints with business objectives in a practical, results-driven manner.
Extensive expertise in web technologies, including websites, portals, intranets, and digital platforms, is required.
A strong understanding of designing, developing, and optimizing various digital platforms to meet business requirements is necessary.
Strong consulting and client-facing skills are needed, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Experience in pre-sales, technical solutioning, and enterprise technology strategy is required.
Strong experience with DXP and/or MarTech is preferred, with exposure to related technologies such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation & CRM, and Commerce & Personalization.
