Career Renew is recruiting for a Principal Solutions Engineer - Crypto for a fully remote role, requiring candidates to be based in the EU/UK or East Coast US.
The position involves joining a team of exceptional leaders and skilled experts to build leading blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era.
The role requires a driven and resourceful individual with expertise in technical architecture, client-facing solutions, APIs, fintech, and blockchains.
Responsibilities include leading client onboarding, troubleshooting client issues, collaborating with clients to deploy tailored solutions, and creating technical proposals.
The Principal Solutions Engineer will provide post-implementation support, gather client feedback, analyze competitors, and work with sales teams to close strategic deals.
The role also involves overseeing technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs, preparing pre-sales reports, estimating project costs, and training the sales team.
The candidate will use tools and technologies to enhance productivity and customer support, and support sales and marketing efforts by attending conferences and events.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Forward-Deployed Engineer, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in TypeScript or similar programming languages is required.
Experience in implementing and configuring APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL, is necessary.
A noteworthy educational background is preferred, excluding executive certifications obtained within the last year.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year under a full-time work contract.
Employees will receive equity in the form of 300-600 stock options, which equates to 0.1-0.2%, vested over 4 years.
The position is fully remote, with optional access to an office, and is open to candidates located in the Eastern US or EU.
